综合护理对高压氧联合化疗肿瘤患者生活质量及满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理对高压氧联合化疗肿瘤患者生活质量及护理满意度的影响。方法选取2008年7月至2015年7月间收治的80例肿瘤患者,均接受高压氧联合化疗治疗,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组患者接受综合护理,对照组患者接受常规护理。比较两组患者的临床疗效、生活质量和对护理服务满意度。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者有效率明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组患者生活质量各维度及总分均明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组患者对护理服务满意度明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理能够明显提高高压氧联合化疗肿瘤患者的临床疗效,提高治疗后患者的生活质量及满意度。Objective To study the effcacy of comprehensive nursing on life quality and satisfaction degree for tumor patients treated by hyperbaric oxygen combined with chemotherapy. Methods The 80 tumor patients treated by hyperbaric oxygen combined with chemotherapy during the period from July 2008 to July 2015 were enrolled in the study and randomized into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group accepted comprehensive nursing and those in the control group accepted routine nursing. The clinical efficacy,life quality on pre- and post-nursing,and patients＇ satisfaction degree for nursing service in the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group,the effective rate of treatment was significantly increased in the observation group（ P〈0. 05）; compared with the control group,the each dimension and total scores of life quality on post-nursing were significantly increased in the observation group（ P〈0. 05）; compared with the control group,the patients＇ satisfaction degree for nursing service was obviously improved in the observation group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can significantly increase the clinical efficacy for tumor patients treated by hyperbaric oxygen combined with chemotherapy and improve the life quality on post-treatment and patients＇ satisfaction degree for nursing service.
