补肾益心片薄层鉴别研究

摘　　要：目的:建立补肾益心片的薄层鉴别方法。方法:优化展开剂、点样量等色谱条件,建立了淫羊藿的薄层鉴别方法,并对其进行方法学验证。结果:最佳方法为:以乙酸乙酯-丁酮-甲酸-水(10∶1∶1∶1)为展开剂,点样量为供试品溶液及对照品溶液各4μL,该方法耐用性良好。结论:本法操作简便、快速,结果可靠,重复性好,可作为补肾益心片的质量控制方法。Objective：To establish the TLC method for Bushen Yixin Tablet.Methods：According to the optimization of developing solvent,sample quantity and the investigation of TLC plate,temperature,relative humidity,the TLC method of Bushen Yixin Tablet was established.Results：The optimal developing solvent was ethyl acetate-butanone-methanoic acid-water（10∶1∶1∶1）;The optimal sample quantities of the sample solution and the control solution were 4microlitres;TLC plate,temperature and relative humidity had no influence on the results.Conclusion：The method is convenient,reliable and accurate for the quality control of Bushen Yixin Tablet.
