摘　　要：下肢动脉硬化闭塞症(ASO)是由动脉硬化造成的下肢动脉疾病,常见下肢间歇性跛行、皮温降低、溃疡甚至坏疽等症状。近年来中西医结合治疗在中医证型、药理研究、外治法、截肢平面选择等方面取得诸多进展,对此做简要综述。Atherosclerosis obliteration in the lower extremities（ASO） is caused by hardening of the arteries of lower extremity,Common symptoms include intermittent claudication,lower limb skin temperature decreased,ulcer and even gangrene and other symptoms.In recent years,the treatment of Chinese and Western Medicine in TCM syndrome type,pharmacological study and external treatment,selection of amputation level,etc.made a lot of progress,so the review on it was made.
