中医外治法治疗小儿多发性抽动症文献分析

摘　　要：目的:通过文献研究方法,收集整理并分析中医外治法治疗小儿多发性抽动症的临床应用状况。方法:收集并整理近十年来小儿外治法的相关文献,采用文献计量方法分析小儿常见疾病中医外治法的应用状况。结果:小儿外治法文献发表总体呈现逐年上升趋势;外敷、推拿、灸法、灌肠、穴位注射在小儿疾病的临床应用中较多;外治法在不同系统的疾病中应用的类型与频次各有不同。结论:外治法在小儿疾病治疗中应用广泛,值得进一步研究和推广。Objective：Through literature research methods,we collected and analyzed the clinical application status of Traditional Chinese Medicinal in Tourette syndrome.Methods：Collected and collated literatures about external treatment in children in recent 10 years,bibliometric method was used to analyse application status of Traditional Chinese Medicinal common disease in children.Results：Literature published of external therapy in children shows an overall upward trend year by year.External application,massage,moxibustion,clyster,point injection is more apply in the clinical of pediatric diseases;there are different in external type and frequency of various diseases.Conclusion：External treatment is widely used in pediatric diseases,it is worth further research and extension.
