摘　　要：从中西医角度阐述对面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎的认识,着重从急性、亚急性、慢性三个阶段分风热毒蕴肤证、湿热毒蕴证、阴虚内热证、血虚风燥证四型辨证论治,并联合西医对症治疗。强调中医外治方"大黄甘草汤加味"冷湿敷和糖皮质激素外用制剂的递减替代疗法,加强疾病的健康教育及预防调护,收到较好疗效。简要介绍黄莺教授运用中西医结合治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎的经验,以飨同道。The dissertation introduces the experience of Professor Huang Ying in treating facial topical corticosteroid dependent dermatitis by the method of integration of Chinese and Western medicine.Firstly,it talks about the comprehension to facial topical corticosteroid dependent dermatitis from the perspective both Chinese and western medicine.Secondly,She divides into three stages including the acute stage,the subacute stage and the chronic stage for syndrome differentiation and treatment.The three stages include four syndromes：syndrome of heat toxin in skin.syndrome of dampness-heat-toxin accumulation,syndrome of yin deficiency and internal heat,syndrome of blood deficiency and wind-dryness.symptomatic treatment of Western medicine is also designed.Thirdly,She pays attention to the Chinese herb external formula-dahuang gancao decoction for the Cold-wet topical application.Glucocorticoid preparation for external should decrease or replace.Lastly,it is important to Strengthen the health education and the disease prevention regulating.By dong these,it shows significant clinical effect.
