摘 要:为最大程度地平抑风电输出功率的波动,针对超级电容和蓄电池不同的功率和容量特性,提出分散–集中二次滤波控制策略。在分散侧用超级电容平抑单台电源输出功率的高频分量,在集中侧用蓄电池平抑汇流母线功率的低频分量;采用双时间常数调节算法实时再分配平抑外功率,制定最优的平抑目标,使储能介质维持在良好的荷电状态。算例分析表明,所提出的策略能实时调节储能介质的荷电状态,很好地降低可再生能源的波动幅度。A hybrid centralized/decentralized secondary filtering control strategy is proposed to suppress the fluctuation of power output of wind power as much as possible, considering the difference between the super-capacitor and battery in power and capacity. The super-capacitor is adopted to suppress the high-frequency component of the power output of the source from the decentralized view, while the battery is utilized to suppress the low-frequency component of the power of the bus rod in a centralized way. The dual-time constant regulating algorithm is used to redistribute the excess power in real time and establish the optimal suppress objective, thus the state of charge(SOC) of the storage media could be remained in a good state. Moreover, analysis of examples verifies that the proposed strategy can regulate the SOC of the storage media in real time, and reduce the fluctuation range of the renewable energy sources.
