摘 要:为实现铁尾矿膏体充填塌陷区的目的,对该铁尾矿进行了絮凝沉降试验和自制浓缩模型试验,研究了给矿浓度、絮凝剂用量以及机械搅拌对底流浓度和溢流水固含量的影响。试验结果表明:在给矿浓度20%、絮凝剂用量40 g/t条件下,底流浓度可达到70%以上。试验结果对矿山采用膏体浓密机进行尾矿高浓度浓缩具有指导意义。To ensure the backfilling performance of iron tailings paste in subsidence areas, test on flocculation sedimentation of such iron tailings and thickening test using a home-made model were carried out,in which the influences of feed concentration,flocculant dosage and mechanical stirring on the underflow concentration and the solid content in overflow were studied. The results show that the underflow concentration exceeds 70% with a feed concentration of 20% and a flocculant dosage of 40 g / t. This study is of guiding significance for thickening of mine concentrated tailings using paste thickener.
