摘　　要：采用ZCLA选矿机对南芬选厂半自磨矿样进行了预选试验研究,经过一次粗选,可抛出产率50%左右的尾矿,尾矿TFe品位8%左右,ZCLA精矿中铁回收率为83%,为提高半自磨处理能力和精矿品位创造了条件。ZCLA separator was introduced for pre-concentration of iron ore grinded by semi-autogenous mill（ SAM） in Nanfen Concentrator. After one stage of roughing,tailings graded around 8% TFe with a yield of 50% can be discarded,resulting in ZCLA concentrate with the TFe recovery at 83%. With this pre-concentration process,the capacity of SAM and TFe grade of the concentrate can be both increased.
