摘  要:针对不同骨胶比、粉煤灰掺量、养护温度和页岩陶粒预湿程度对页岩陶粒混凝土强度的影响进行试验研究,并分析其作用机理。试验结果表明,当水泥用量适宜时,混凝土抗压强度随着骨胶比的增大逐渐增大;粉煤灰掺入量在0-20%时,随着掺入量的增加,混凝土在养护初期的强度增长率降低,但对28d强度影响不大;养护温度的升高会加速混凝土凝结硬化,大幅度提高1d强度,但是会产生“高温负效应”,导致后期强度损失较大;对页岩陶粒进行不同程度的预湿处理,对“高温负效应”有一定的减缓作用,混凝土强度有所提高。In this paper, the experiments about the influence of the bone glue ratio, fly ash dosage,curing temperature and degree of shale ceramsite prewetting on the shale ceramsite concrete strength are carried out,and the mechanisms are analyzed. The results show that the concrete compressive strength gradually improves with the increase of the bone glue ratio when the dosage of cement is appropriate. The strength of concrete at the early curing decreased with the increase from 0 to 20% of fly ash replacement of cement,but it had little effect on the strength of 28 d. Curing temperature rise will accelerate concrete condensation sclerosis,greatly improve the intensity of 1 d. However, it will produce "high temperature negative effect", resulting in the loss of strength of late. To varying degrees of shale ceramsite prewetting processing, it has a certain effect on offsetting "high temperature negative effects", concrete strength increased.
