摘 要:研究了线型聚羧酸减水剂(PC-1)和梳型聚羧酸减水剂(PC-2)对建筑石膏分散、凝结时间、强度、吸附量、表面Zeta电位、离子浓度和微观晶型的影响。实验结果表明,PC-1具有较高的吸附量、Zeta电位绝对值和较明显的缓凝作用,而PC-2具有较高的减水率和强度。PC-1主要是通过高静电斥力产生分散作用,而PC-2的空间刚性结构和静电斥力造就了较高的减水率;聚羧酸类减水剂主要通过抑制二水石膏晶体生成来延长凝结时间;石膏试块强度受减水剂的减水率和石膏微观晶型共同影响。The influence of linear polycarboxylate(PC-1) and comb-like polycarboxylate superplasticizer(PC-2) on disperse, retard,strength, adsorbing capacity, surface potential,ionic concentration and microcrystal of building gypsum were studied. The results indicated that PC-1 shows the higher adsorbing capacity, surface potential and retarding effect,and PC-2 shows the better property on water-reducing rate and strength. PC-1 produced the ability of disperse by high electrostatic repulsion,and PC-2 produced the high water-reducing rate by steric hindrance and high electrostatic repulsion. Polycarboxylate superplasticizer prolongs the setting time by mainly inhibiting the growth of crystals of dihydrate gypsum. The strength of gypsum block was influenced by water-reducing rate of water-reducing agent and the microcrystal of gypsum.
