预铺自粘防水卷材粘接防水机理分析

摘　　要：预铺自粘防水卷材具有良好的防水效果,其粘接密封层起主要作用,但粘接层的粘接防水机理一直是行业发展探索的问题。粘接层是一种压敏热熔密封粘接剂,其与高分子防水片材的粘接是在生产过程中实现,是热熔粘接;与混凝土的粘接是压敏粘接,粘接强度主要来源于粘接层分子在混凝土浇筑过程中的毛细管效应,毛细管提供了粘接剂分子迁移的空间,在外部压力和毛细效应的负压作用下粘接剂分子向混凝土内部迁移,形成较强的物理粘接力;该粘接层不同于普通粘接剂,同时也是一种密封剂,密封混凝土表面,使防水卷材具有双重防水功能,并具有一定的自修复功能。Pre-pave self-adhesive waterproofing material has good waterproofing effect,which is mainly caused by its adhesive sealing layer, but the waterproof mechanism of adhesive layer still need to be discussed. The adhesive layer is a pressure sensitive hot melt sealing adhesive. One of the adhesion is hot-melting adhesive between polymer sheet and it,and the other is pressure sensitive adhesive between concrete and it. The adhesive strength is mainly derived from capillary effect during the process of con- crete pouring. Capillary provides space for adhesive molecule migration,which will migrate towards concrete inside under the exter- nal pressure and negative pressure action of capillary effect,forming a strong physical bonding force. The adhesive layer is a spe- cial adhesive,it＇s also a kind of sealant. It sealed the surface of concrete and made waterproofing materials with dual waterproof function. What＇s more, it has self-healing function in some degree.
