摘 要:建立了血液中18种常见毒物的气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)同时检测方法。血液中目标物经液液提取,浓缩至干后,用甲醇溶解残渣,采用GC-MS进行测定,外标法定量。目标物的线性范围为2~20μg/m L,相关系数为0.9914~0.9991,检出限为0.02~1μg/m L。在2,5,10μg/m L 3个浓度添加水平的平均回收率为53.8%~91.2%,相对标准偏差为3.8%~6.1%。方法可用于法庭与临床血液样品中的毒物分析。A method has been developed for simultaneous determination of 18 toxicants and drugs in blood by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry( GC-MS). The samples were extracted by liquid-liquid extraction( LLE).The extract was concentrated to try,dissolved in methanol and analyzed by GC-MS with external standard. Good linearities were observed in the range of 2 ~ 20 μg / m L with the correlation coefficients from 0. 9914 to 0. 9991.The limits of detection were 0. 02 ~ 1. 0 μg / m L. The spiked recoveries were 53. 8% ~ 91. 2% with the relative standard deviations of 3. 8% ~ 6. 1%. The developed method was rapid,simple,effective,sensitive,and suitable for the simultaneous determination of toxicants and drugs in forensic and clinical blood samples.
