摘　　要：建立了ICP-AES法测定U-Mo合金中Mo含量的分析方法。用王水-H_2O_2溶解U-Mo合金切屑样,用20%TBP-氢化煤油作萃取剂萃取分离铀,在光谱仪上直接测定U-Mo合金中Mo含量。取样量为25 mg时,Mo的测量范围为2.00%~20.00%,方法回收率在97%~101%之间,测量结果的相对标准偏差不大于5%。The content of Mo in U-Mo alloys was determined using inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy（ ICP-AES） method. The aqua regia and hydrogen peroxide was used to dissolve the U-Mo samples,followed by the extraction using 20% tri-butyl-phosphate（ TBP） hydrogenated kerosene to remove uranium matrix. This method can achieve the recovery of 97% ~ 101% and the relative standard deviation of less than 5%. The content of Mo between 2% and 20% could be detected in 25 mg sample.
