摘 要:制备了纳米氧化铜粒子修饰玻碳电极(Nano-Cu O/GCE),采用扫描电镜进行表征,并研究了双酚A在该电极上的电化学行为。结果表明,该电极表面纳米氧化铜粒子分布均匀,对双酚A有较强的电催化活性。在优化条件下,采用差分脉冲伏安法测定双酚A的线性范围为0.2~4.0μmol/L,检出限为50 nmol/L,并已用于实际样品的测定。A nano-Cu O modified glass carbon electrode( GCE) was prepared,and characterized by scanning electron microscopy( SEM). The electrochemical behavior of bisphenol A( BPA) at nano-Cu O / GCE electrode was investigated. The results displied that the nanoparticle copper oxide on the modified electrode was distributed evenly,and the modified electrode had strong electrcatalytic activity for the oxidation of BPA. Under the optimum conditions,the oxidation peak currents had linear relationship with concertration of bisphenol A in the range of 2. 0 × 10-7to 6. 0 × 10-6mol / L with the detection limit of 5. 0 × 10-8mol / L( 3 sb). This method was used to determine the practical samples and the results were satisfied.
