摘　　要：随着MPV销量持续快速增长,主机厂将其看成市场争夺的重要模块,为提升车型的市场竞争力、拓展车型的市场定位,从设计上往往通过增加车型的配置来实现,而内饰是实现配置丰富的第一重点。为增加某一车型侧围内饰的不同配置,共用同一车体,预留不同配置的孔位和结构,使不同配置的侧围内饰能够实现安装,并通过螺塞遮挡工艺孔和其他多余的孔位,保证内饰外观及车体的密封性,最终使乘、商版侧围内饰在同一车体上实现,增加了其竞争优势,也为后续车型提供创新设计方向。With MPV model sales continued to grow rapidly, OEM will treat it as an important module of the struggle for markets, to enhance market competitiveness and expand the market positioning, to implement by adding models configured, while the interior is the first point of focus. To increase configured of interior for a model, sharing the same body, holes and structure would reserved for different configurations, side interior trim parts of different configurations can be installed. the process holes and other unwanted holes would be concealed by plugs so that themodel have good interior appearance and good sealing body.Finally made the commercial trim and the high level trim for passenger be implemented on the same body. It increased competitive advantage, but also provided innovative design direction for future models.
