摘　　要：汽车零部件生产线具有定位准确、精度高的特点,为实现自动化生产,通过对组态王与S7300的几种通讯方式进行比较、评估,采用了简单方便的S7通讯方式,结合GRAPH和LAD编程语言,利用性价比较高的组态王软件进行画面组态和数据追踪,完成系统的设计,满足实际生产要求。Accurate positioning and high accuracy are the characteristics of auto parts production line. After a discussion on the characteristics of several communication methods of Kingview and S7300, this paper adopts the most simple and convenient method of profibus-S7 protocol combined with GRAPH and LAD programming language. Kingview does the job of configuration screen and data tracking. The design of the system is completed to meet the actual production requirements.
