摘 要:针对传统的小型熔铅锅热效率低,使用蓄热式技术又不经济的问题,文章介绍了一种新型的通过返烟道式的设置提高设备热利用率的熔铅锅。并通过对锅体材质的改进、喷嘴的改进以及烟气多通道均匀加热的设置,大大延长了锅体的使用寿命。燃料消耗只有传统熔铅锅的一半,特别适用于小型熔铅设备。The pint-sized lead-melting kettles in current use show low thermal efficiency and the application of heataccumulating technique costs expensively. To solve this problem, this article introduces a new type of lead-mehing kettle preheated by combustion gas with recurring flue to raise its heat efficiency. This new technique is also supposed to resolve the problem of short service life of lead-melting kettle by evenly heating the set' s body through multi smoke-passages and selecting new type of nozzles and making material. This new technique is particularly designed for pint-sized lead-melting sets, the fuel consumption being cut to 50% as before.
