摘 要:筛选春甘蓝耐裂球优质品种,探讨春甘蓝叶球品质帮叶比、紧实度、中心柱长度比值、干物质和粗纤维含量等5个性状与裂球性关系。选用春甘蓝30个F1为材料,叶球生理成熟后测量5个性状值并分析延迟5、10和15 d时裂球率和裂球指数与其相互关系。试验表明,裂球率5 d与帮叶比呈显著负相关(r=-0.521)、10 d与干物质含量呈显著负相关(r=-0.837)、15 d与紧实度和中心柱长度比值呈极显著正相关(r=0.810,r=0.837),与粗纤维含量呈极显著负相关(r=-0.868);裂球指数15 d与帮叶比、紧实度、中心柱长度比值、干物质和粗纤维含量呈极显著或显著相关(r=-0.740、0.755、0.625、-0.744、-0.636)。由此可见,春甘蓝叶球帮叶比大、结球较松、中心柱长度比值小且干物质与粗纤维含量高的品种耐裂球性较强。To screen splitting-tolerant and high-class spring cabbages, the correlation between five qualitative characters, petiole-leaf ratio, compactness, central column-head height ratio, dry matter contents and crude fiber contents included, and head-splitting was discussed. Selecting 30 F1 of spring cabbages, we studied five heading characteristics of physiological maturity and their relationship to rate and index of splitting 5, 10 and 15 d after maturity. The results showed that rate of head splitting was significantly negative correlated with petiole-leaf ratio(r =-0.521) when delayed 5 d and that content of dry matter(r=-0.837) when delayed 10 d. When delayed 15 d, rate of head splitting was highly significantly positive correlated with compactness and central column- head height ratio(r=0.810, r=0.837), but negatively correlated with contents of crude fiber(r=-0.868). At the same time, there were significant or highly significant correlations between index of head splitting and petiole-leaf ratio, compactness, central column-head height ratio and contents of dry matter and crude fiber(r =- 0.740, 0.755, 0.625,- 0.744,- 0.636). In conclusion, spring cabbages with high petiole-leaf ratio, low compactness and central column-head height ratio as well as high contents of dry matter and crude fiber will be more tolerant to head-splitting.
