摘 要:为解决现有玉米青贮收获机普遍存在秸秆切碎长度合格率低、均匀性差等问题,提高青贮玉米机械化收获水平,针对玉米青贮收获机切碎性能开展研究。结果表明,当拨禾轮间高度为25 mm,拨禾圆筒转速为47r·min^(-1),动刀转速为393 r·min^(-1),前进速度为6.5 km·h^(-1)时,收获机切碎长度合格率为97.9%,其他各项作业指标均优于国家标准,满足青贮玉米收获作业要求,可为青贮玉米机械化收获发展提供技术支持。In order to solve the problems widespread in silage maize harvester, such as low qualified index and poor uniformity. At the same to improve the mechanization level of silage maize harvest and the working performance of the silage maize harvester, the silage maize harvester as the research object, a quadratic regression orthogonal combination test was carried out. The results showed that under the condition that the height between two rake wheels was 25 mm, the rotation speed of the rake cylinder was47 r · min^-1, the rotation speed of the dynamic knife was 393 r · min^-1and the forward speed of the machine was 6.5 km·h^-1, the qualified index of chopped length was 97.9%. And the other performance indices were all higher than the national standard. This equipment could meet the work requirements of silage maize harvest.This paper provided a technical support for the further development of the silage maize mechanized harvesting.
