摘  要:真空预压、刚性基础、筏板基础和桩筏基础是软基处理中较常用的形式,不同形式对建筑物基础沉降的影响亟待研究。应用岩土大型有限元软件PLAXIS分析比较不同基础形式以及真空预压前后对建筑物沉降影响。未经过真空预压情况下,桩筏基础的沉降量是刚性基础沉降量的1/7左右,是筏板基础沉降量的1/2左右。同为刚性基础,经过真空预压处理后基础沉降量减少了80%左右,筏板基础沉降量减少了60%,桩筏基础沉降量减少了40%。Vacuum preloading, rigid foundation, raft foundation and piled raft foundation are more commonly foundation forms used in soft foundation treatment. The influence of different forms on the building foundation subsidence needs to be studied urgently. PLAXIS is large finite element software of rock and soil, which can simulate and compare the influence of different foundation forms and vacuum preloading on the building subsidence. The settlement of the piled raft foundation is about 1/7 of the rigid foundation settlement, and it is the 1/2 of the raft foundation settlement without vacuum preloading. The same as the rigid foundation, after the vacuum preloading treatment, the foundation settlement is reduced by 80 %, the raft foundation settlement is reduced by 60 %, and the pile raft foundation settlement is reduced by 40 %.
