竖炉球团配用复合膨润土工业性试验

摘　　要：目前传统的球团黏结剂是膨润土(一种富含SiO_2的黏土),它的添加会降低球团矿的含铁品位,寻找能够兼顾球团矿生球质量、成品球含铁品位和较低球团矿成本的优质膨润土,成为各球团矿生产单位的主要目标。通过在唐钢中厚板公司竖炉进行实地生产试验,对辽宁沙海膨润土矿业有限公司生产的两种膨润土与竖炉生产所用3种铁精粉,进行4种组合生产2种球团矿的方式,从生球质量、炉内操作参数、成品球质量、球团矿成本等方面,综合考察适宜中厚板公司球团矿生产的品种组合。试验结果表明:用复合膨润土生产普通球团矿时,球团矿的成球性能、干球抗压强度、成品球抗压强度及含粉率等指标是最好的,使用普通膨润土生产含钛球团矿比较合适。At present the traditional pellet sticking agent is bentonite（ a kind of clay with rich SiO_2）,it would reduce the iron grade of pellet. So the main target of all pellet production units is to look for high- quality bentonite which can balance between the green pellet quality for pellet,iron grade in finished pellet and lowpellet cost. A test in the shaft furnace of Plate Company of Tang Steel is conducted： with two kinds of bentonite produced by Liaoning Shahai Bentonite Mineral Industry Co.,Ltd. and three kinds of fine iron pow-der,making four combinations to produce two kinds of pellet to comprehensively survey the suitable combination for our company in aspects of green pellet quality,operation parameters in furnace,finished pellet quality,pellet cost and etc. It is showed from the test that with composite bentonite to produce normal pellet,the indexes of pellet are best in pellet forming property,compressive strength of dry pellet,compressive strength of finished pellet and iron powder content; and normal bentonite is suitable for titanium- bearing pellet.
