摘 要:转炉尘泥是转炉炼钢过程中产生的副产物,具有含铁高、含钙高、含水高,粒度细、黏度大、活性高、杂物多等特点,是宝贵的二次资源,如不进行回收利用,不仅浪费了矿物资源,同时也会占用大量土地面积、污染环境。对转炉尘泥物性、转炉尘泥在综合利用过程中存在的优缺点,以及转炉尘泥制球工艺等进行了综述。分析了转炉尘泥回收用作造渣剂的优势,认为将转炉尘泥经加入黏结剂、混匀搅拌、加压成型等工艺成球应用于转炉作造渣剂,既可以简化炉前操作,降低炼钢成本,又能够提高资源的综合利用效率,减少环境污染,对强化转炉尘泥资源综合利用具有重要意义。The converter sludge is the by- product in converter steel making,has characteristics of high iron content,high calcium content,high content of water,fine size,large viscosity,high activity,much inclusion,is a valuable secondary resource. If it not being utilized,not only the mine resource would be wasted,but also it would occupy large quantity of earth,pollute environment. It summarized the physical properties of converter sludge,the merits and drawbacks of the sludge in comprehensive utilization and the ball making technology with the sludge. It analyzed the superiority of recovering converter sludge to be used as slag former,considered that after sticking agent being added into,mixed and stirred,pressed and formed into ball,the converter sludge can be used as converter slag former,not only simplifying furnace operation,reducing steel making cost,but also raising comprehensive resource utilization rate,improving environment pollution.
