摘　　要：大学学报的特色是该大学办学特色的重要体现。《大理大学学报》的发展也随着学校的建设发展和办学特色的彰显而展现出鲜明特色,引领学术研究的功能进一步得到发挥。依托药学、生物学等学科优势,凝练栏目特色,挖掘优秀的地方民族历史文化资源,彰显地域特色,分析学报文章被引频次和下载频次高的原因,提出汇聚核心作者、挖掘管理创新潜能、提高学报的学术质量和影响力的对策措施。The characteristics of university journal is the concentrated reflection of university characteristics. With the construction and development of Dali University and the special running-school characteristics, the development of the Journal of Dali University has its own featured development and its academic research leading role has been developed as well. Relying on the discipline superiority of pharmacy, biology and so on, Journal of Dali University refines its column characteristics, explores excellent local ethnic historical and cultural resources, and reveals regional characteristic. This paper analyzes the reasons of the highly cited and downloaded papers, puts forward measures of gathering core authors, exploring the potential management innovation, and improving the credibility and influence of the journal.
