摘　　要：杜佑为我国唐代中期著名的政治家、经济学家和史学家,其所撰《通典》在历史上有着重要意义。然《旧唐书·杜佑传》包括其子式方、孙、牧的传记均存在诸多差讹,有夺字、衍文、形误等,严重影响了对杜佑,乃至其孙杜牧的研究。在此对疑义予以考辨,以求对中华书局组织的正在修订中的"二十四史"之一——《旧唐书》有所裨益。Du You, famous politician, economist and historian in Tang Dynasty,has written Tung-tien contributing significance in history. However, in Du You Biography inOld Tang History, some mistakes are made on his offspring such as abuse of words, error shape andredundancy of words, which seriously affect the study on Du You and Du Mu. By checking and cor-recting these errors, it can promote the compiling of old Tang History in ＂The Twenty-four Histories＂by Chinese Publishing House.
