摘　　要：近年来,台湾青年在选举中扮演着越来越重要的角色,对台湾青年选举行为进行研究,了解其投票行为也显得日益迫切。一般研究认为台湾青年对政治冷漠,政治参与度不高、投票率低。综合台湾相关民调,经分析可知台湾青年投票行为有如下特征:青年功利性投票动机较强,具体投票动机会因受访者性别、年龄、教育程度的不同而有显著差异。台湾青年目前对选举讯息的获得仍以电视媒体为主,但依赖网络的比重急速攀升,未来网络有可能成为台湾青年获取政治信息的最主要途径。青年的政治意识尚未定型、政党认同强度不高,所以对候选人的评估以及投票倾向还不稳定,家庭因素发挥重要的影响。台湾青年不投票的原因除了政治冷漠外,主要是时间经济成本考量,但这部分选民中大部分其实有着明确的政治态度和投票偏好,只要改变投票方式或政治动员得力,他们也会出来投票。Recently,young voters in Taiwan play an increasingly important role in the election,and the research about their voting behavior is becoming urgent. Generally,it is indicated that young voters are apathetic towards politics,which results in low rate of political participation and turnout. After analyzing the poll data of Taiwan young voters,the characteristics of their voting behavior are as follows. There is a strong utilitarian motivation for young voters to vote,and the specific voting motivation will be significantly different in terms of gender,age,education level. Television- media is still the most important way for the young voters to pick up the election information at present,but with the development of network technology and the boom of self media,the network will be definitely dominant in the young voters political life. The political consciousness of the young voters is not yet settled and the intensity of party identification is not high,so their evaluation of candidates and voting preferences are in swing,which are mostly influenced by family factors. The behaviors that young voters do not vote are mainly constructed by time and economic cost consideration and political apathy,however,the non- voting behaviors of young voters who have time cost consideration can be changed with the change of electoral system and political mobilization.
