摘　　要：家庭和睦是构建和谐社会的基础,妥善化解家事纠纷具有重要的现实意义。农村社会的嬗变和家事纠纷的日益复杂是研究、完善人民调解制度契合农村家事纠纷的逻辑前提和现实背景。人民调解制度具有符合我国传统文化观念,实现情、理、法统一的合理性,具有高效率、低成本、和谐人际关系、有效化解纠纷的制度优势。随着农村社会环境的改变和自身运作出现的状况,人民调解制度面临着挑战和难题。为了更好地化解农村家事纠纷,有待进一步开展研究,明确其制度意义并完善其制度设计。Family harmony is the basis of building a harmonious society, and it has an important practical significance to properly resolve family disputes. The evolution of rural society and the growing complexity of family disputes offer logical premise and realistic background to research and improve people＇s mediation system in the rural family disputes. People＇s mediation system has the advantages of high efficiency, low cost, harmonious interpersonal relationship and effective solution to disputes. With the change of rural social environment and the situation of its own operation, people＇s mediation system is facing challenges and difficulties. In order to better resolve the rural family disputes, it needs to give further research, clarify its meaning and improve the design of the system.
