摘  要:纤毛广泛分布于机体多种类型细胞表面,在体内发挥着重要的生理作用,其长度异常必定导致纤毛功能的异常,进而导致纤毛相关疾病;纤毛长度受到多种因素如纤毛内转运机制、细胞周期、相关基因及信号通路的影响,其中信号通路包括NF-κB、Wnt、Shh、Notch、第二信使等,了解纤毛长度信号调节机制对相关疾病的诊疗具有指导意义。Cilia are located on almost all cell types of the human body,and perform key tasks for a variety of organs,but defects in the length or function of them are involved in the pathogenesis of several cilia-related disorder. Ciliary length can be regulated by the process of intraflagellar transport( IFT),signal transduction pathw ays,cell cycle,etc. All of these stages are tightly regulated to produce a cilium of the right size at the right time. Signaling regulation involves c AMP,NF-κB,Wnt,Shh and Notch. To further explore intracellular molecules that regulate ciliary length is of great importance for the diagnosis and treatment of certain cilia-related disorder.
