摘　　要：环渤海地区各港口的发展水平与效率差异较大,而这种差异会阻碍环渤海港口群的持续、协调、健康发展,因此以环渤海港口为研究对象,通过构建科学的港口效率指标评价体系,结合2013年港口发展的相关数据,应用DEA、SE-DEA效率测度模型对环渤海地区港口效率进行研究,并提出相应的发展建议。As the major difference in development level and efficiency in ports around Bohai region,which impedes the sustained,coordinated and sound development of port groups around Bohai,this article takes ports around Bohai as object of study and proposes corresponding suggestions on development by building scientific evaluation system of port efficiency index,integrating the relevant data of port development in2013,applying the methods of efficiency measurement model of DEA and SE-DEA,and conducting a research on port efficiency around Bohai region.
