摘 要:"集中充电,统一配送"模式是电动汽车产业重要的充电模式之一。为了提高集中充电站规划建设的经济性,在考虑购置充电基础设施的前提下,计及了购电成本和初期购置电池组成本,以投资成本最小为目标,以满足电动汽车用户的换电需求为约束,建立了集中充电站容量优化配置模型。基于峰谷分时电价机制,并对配送计划进行优化以提高电池组的循环利用率,实现购置电池组数量的减少和负荷峰谷差的平抑。采用Lingo软件求解,得到充电站最优容量配置结果和各时段电池组充电策略。通过算例仿真验证了模型的有效性,灵敏度分析表明,峰谷电价划分方式是影响集中充电站的容量配置的关键因素。The scheme of 'centralized charging,unified distribution' is one of the most important charging modes for electric vehicle industry. In order to improve the economy of centralized charging station planning and construction,under the premise of considering the purchase of charging infrastructure,this paper takes into account of electricity purchase cost and initial purchase batteries cost to build an optimal allocation model of centralized charging station with taking the minimum cost of investment as the objective and the electric vehicle battery replacement demand as the major constraint,Based on peak and valley time of electricity price mechanism,it optimizes the distribution plan to increase the recycling rate of the batteries to achieve the decrease of the battery number and load peak and off-peak difference. The optimal capacity allocation results of the charging station and the charging strategy of the batteries in each period are obtained by using Lingo software. The validity of the model is verified by a numerical example,and the sensitivity analysis shows that the division way of peak and valley price is the key factor to the capacity allocation of the centralized charging station.
