摘　　要：随着智能化移动通讯的普及应用,手机功能越来越强大,产量也日臻提高。但随之而来则是手机更新换代速度也越来越快,报废量剧增。废弃手机蕴藏着巨大的回收利用价值,资源综合利用问题彰显重要。分析我国废弃手机回收现状,借鉴国外回收处理的经验,改变传统回收理念,建立以"互联网+"为基础的线上线下相结合回收模式,是推进产业有序发展的重要保证。With the popularization and application of intelligent mobile communication, the function of the mobile phone is becoming more and more powerful, and the output is also increasing. Following that, the replacement speed is also speedy, and abundant phones are wasted in every year. Discarded mobile phones have huge economic value, so,recycling is exceeding important. Based on the abroad experiences, this paper analyses the recycling actuality in China,and put forward to change the traditional concept, establish some recycling mode on the basis of Internet＋ online, which is an availability guarantee for promoting the development of the industry and orderly.
