电针夹脊穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察电针夹脊穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将93例患者随机分为两组。对照组采用常规电针治疗,治疗组采用电针夹脊穴治疗,两组连续治疗3个疗程,观察症状体征改善情况,根据腰腿痛症状综合评分(JOA)和简式Mc Gill疼痛问卷评估临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组JOA评分、疼痛分级指数(PRI)、现有疼痛强度(PPI)及目测类比定级法(VAS)均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),治疗组较对照组改善更为显著,组间比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论电针夹脊穴能改善腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛症状,降低腰椎功能障碍,提高患者的日常生活工作能力。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of electro acupuncture of Jiaji point therapy in treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation（ LDH）. Methods 93 cases of LDH were randomly divided into Jiaji EA group（ observation group,n = 47） and ordinary EA group（ control group,n = 46）. After continually taking 3 courses of treatment,evaluate the efficacy by JOA and Mc Gill pain questionnaire. Results The effective rate of observation group was 91. 49%,higher than 73. 91% of control group with statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. After treating for 3 weeks,the scores of JOA,PRI,PPI and VAS in both groups improved significantly（ P〈0. 05）,observation group was more obvious than control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Electro acupuncture of Jiaji point can improve the pain symptoms,reduce lumbar dysfunction and improve patients＇ daily life ability.
