摘 要:传统高功率微波(HPM)效应评估主要是从概率统计的角度,以作用概率曲线或失效概率曲线来描述电子学目标的HPM效应,但这种方法并不适用于威胁等级评估。本文在分析HPM效应评估优点和不足的基础上,提出了模糊决策的概念,并优选模糊多目标决策(FMADM)方法,结合层次分析法(AHP)的递阶层次构造思想提出了一种可行思路,并通过具体算例证明了方法的可行性,总结了可能遇到的问题。Traditional High Power Microwave(HPM) effect assessments mainly use the effect probability curve or failure probability curve to describe the effects of electronics system from the point of view of probability and statistics. However this method is not applicable to the threat level assessment. In this paper,fuzzy decision method is proposed on the basis of analyzing the characteristics and defects of traditional method. Then on the basis of Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making(FMADM),a feasible idea is introduced combined by the hierarchical structure of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). The results obtained from examples prove the feasibility of this method. Finally, the problems possible encountering are summarized.
