摘　　要：随着新媒体时代的来临,高校图书馆图书情报服务产生了颠覆性的改变,高效、快捷、全面地为读者提供满意的情报服务成为越来越多图书馆人所努力探究的方向。新疆医科大学图书馆从2015年1月开始,开办面向新疆医科大学及6所附属医院的内部3D电子期刊《新医图情精萃》,通过用户情感分析法了解特定用户群体(校内师生及附属医院职工)在医教研方面的信息需求情况,深入挖掘开展个性化情报服务的价值,为提升图书馆竞争情报服务能力拓宽道路。With the approach of new media time, information service in the libraries of universities andcolleges has undergone disruptive change. Efficiently, rapidly and comprehensively offering satisfiedinformation service to readers is becoming the direction of increasing people in the library field. Library ofXinjiang Medical University launched a 3D electronic journal of Xin Yi Tu Qing Jing Cui for Xinjiang MedicalUniversity and 6 affiliated hospitals since January 2015. Information demands of medicine, teaching andresearch of specific user groups （university scholars and affiliated hospital staff） were understood by useremotion analysis, and the value of conducting individualized information service was deeply investigated. Thepurpose was to provide assistance for the promotion of competitiveness of information service in libraries.
