摘　　要：硝基苯经过预热后,与经过预热的氢气混合,混合物经过汽化器汽化过热后进入流化床,以改性铜为催化剂,在250±10℃的条件下发生反应生成苯胺粗品;苯胺粗品经过脱水、精馏得到苯胺成品。苯胺生产过程中存在物料危险性和工艺危险性,主要危险性表现在火灾、爆炸、毒害方面。nitrobenzene is preheated,and after preheated mixture of hydrogen mixture after vaporization carburetor heat into the fluidized bed,changed to copper as catalyst,in 250 plus or minus 10 DEG C under the condition of occurrence crude reaction of aniline; crude aniline by dehydration,distillation obtained amine benzene product. There are material risk and process risk of aniline production process,mainly manifested in the risk of fire and explosion,poison.
