摘　　要：目的:验证Connor-Davidson弹性量表中文版在老年人群体中的适用性。方法:在湖南省长沙、吉首、武冈等地区以社区老年人为调查对象,采用同质性信度、分半信度和重测信度对Connor-Davidson弹性量表进行信度评价,并以抑郁自评量表和焦虑自评量表为效标,采用效标关联效度和结构效度进行效度评价。结果:Connor-Davidson弹性量表内部一致性信度为0.921,分半信度为0.891,二周后重测信度为0.780;探索性因素分析结果表明该量表包括四个因素,累积方差解释率为54.78%;与抑郁自评量表和焦虑自评量表的相关系数分别为-0.309和-0.229,均达到显著水平(P<0.001)。结论:Connor-Davidson弹性量表在老年人群体中测量具有良好的信效度指标,适合用于测量老年人心理弹性。Objective： To evaluate the reliability and validity of the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale（CD-RISC） in Chinese elderly. Methods： 439 Chinese community elderly, aged between 60 and 91, completed the CD-RISC, The Zung Self-Rating Depression Scale（SDS） and The Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）. Results： Cronbach＇s α coefficient;split-half reliability coefficient and two week test-retest reliability coefficient of the CD-RISC were 0.921, 0.891 and 0.780 respectively. The exploratory factor analysis showed it was composed of four factors and the accumulated variance explanation rate was 54.78%. The correlation coefficient of CD-RISC score with SDS and SAS scores were-0.309 and-0.229 respectively（P〈0.001）. Conclusion： The Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale has good reliability and validity and could be used to assess the resilience in Chinese elderly.
