摘　　要：辅导员是高校教育与管理队伍中的重要力量,为了更好地发挥高校辅导员的作用,通过对辅导员期望的调查分析与研究,希望能为辅导员队伍建设提供新的出发点和生长点。The instruetor is an important force in college education and management. This paper,to better play college instructors＇ role,attempts to find a new starting and growing point for the construction of college instructors team through the survey and analysis of the instructors＇ profession expectancy.
