浅析高校学风建设项目化管理模式

摘　　要：高校传统的学风建设管理模式日益受到现实情况的挑战,项目化管理模式作为一种符合现代新潮流的全新模式,日益被引用到高校管理中来,而高校学风建设同样具备采用项目化管理模式的条件。通过对高校学风建设项目化管理模式的意义与可行性进行分析,不难得出,高校学风建设可以从项目化教学以及活动项目化等方面进行有效的管理,但同时也要注意相关问题。The reality has been putting increasing challenge to the traditional management mode of learning atmosphere building in colleges. As a brand new mode in line with the new modern fashion,the project- based management has been applied day by day to college management and the college learning atmosphere building has the proper conditions to adopt it. After a thorough analysis on the meanings and plausibility of this management mode in college learning atmosphere building,this article comes to a conclusion that learning atmosphere building in colleges can be managed well from prospects such as projectized teaching and project- based activities,provided the relative problems get payed attention to in the same time.
