大学生宿舍人际关系的现状及对策

摘　　要：为了进一步了解大学生宿舍人际关系的和谐状况,研究采用自编《大学生宿舍人际关系量表》对天津、芜湖、无锡等地四所高校3194名在校大学生宿舍人际关系人际冲突、亲融性、重要性认知、深度沟通等维度进行调研。结果表明:1.大学生宿舍人际关系处于中等偏下水平,主流人际状况并不和谐。2.大学生宿舍人际关系在年级、是否独生子女、家庭经济状况以及宿舍类型等人口学变量上存在显著性差异,不因性别、学历、生源地等不同存在差异。3.结合问卷调研、个案访谈、团体辅导,从思政、心理、传媒、社会等角度对大学生宿舍人际关系的调节提出具体对策。In order to further know the harmonious couditions of the dormitory relationships between college students,this study takes asurvey of 3194 college students in Tianjin,Wuhu and Wuxi by using college students＇ dormitory interpersonal sale made by the surveyor in their interpersonal conflicts,harmony and happiness,awareness of importance and in- depth communication. The outcoming shows： 1the dormitory relationship between students is at the middle level,and the main interpersonal condittion is not harmonious. 2there exists an outstanding difference in grades,in the single- child and the multi- child,in family economy and in dormitory tye,but doesn＇t exist difference in sex,education background and origin of students. And the paper raises some concrete countermeasures for adjusting the dormitory relationship between students.
