摘　　要：小学生志愿者到农村与儿童结对子自主开展阅读帮扶,充分体现了儿童权利原则,是农村儿童阅读服务的历史突破,受到农村儿童的欢迎和城市小学生的支持。充分发挥小学生志愿者的积极性和创造性,策划适合农村儿童的服务方案,选择恰当服务模式,开展双赢的读书活动,以及为小学生志愿者服务提供可靠的保障,是公共图书馆当好配角的重要任务。Pupil volunteers go to the countryside to develop reading assistance through pairing with rural children,which adequately reflects the childrights principle,is a historic breakthrough in rural children＇s reading service and is welcomed by the rural children and supported by the urban pupils.It is an important task for public library as a supporting role to give full play to pupil volunteers＇ initiative and creativity,scheme services suitable for the rural children,choose some appropriate service models,develop a win-win reading activity and provide reliable safeguard for the pupil volunteers＇ service.
