摘 要:为对海南和贵州两地的艾纳香栽培、定向选育和药材生产提供理论参考,对两地的艾纳香叶片进行石蜡切片显微观测。结果表明:艾纳香叶片为异面叶,栅栏组织、海绵组织分化明显;两种质的艾纳香叶片均为上表皮显著厚于下表皮,海南儋州的艾纳香叶片厚度、上表皮厚度、栅栏组织厚度、海绵组织厚度和栅海比均显著高于贵州罗甸的艾纳香种质;两种质艾纳香叶片细胞结构紧密度和细胞结构疏松度均有显著性差异,儋州的艾纳香叶片细胞结构紧密度较大。海南儋州的艾纳香叶片对气温高、日照强的气候具有更好的适应性。The microstructure of B.balsamiferaleaf from Guizhou and Hainan was observed under an optical microscope by the paraffin section method to provide a theoretical reference for cultivation and directive breeding of B.balsamifera and production of medicinal materials in Hainan and Guizhou.Results:Blumea balsamifera leaf is a bifacial leaf and the differentiation of its palisade tissue and spongy tissue is obvious.The leaf upper epidermis thickness of two B.balsamiferagermplasms is higher than the hypodermis significantly.The thickness of leaf,upper epidermis,palisade tissue and spongy tissue and ratio of palisade tissue/spongy tissue of B.balsamiferagermplasm from Danzhou,Hainan are higher than those of B.balsamiferagermplasm from Luodian,Guizhou significantly.There are significant differences in leaf cellular structure tightness and cellular structure porosity between two B.balsamifera germplasms and the leaf cellular structure tightness of B.balsamifera germplasm from Danzhou is higher than that from Luodian.The leaf of B.balsamifera germplasm from Danzhou is of better adaptation to high temperature and strong sunshine compared with the leaf of B.balsamiferagermplasm from Luodian.
