不同进针角度行足背动脉采血的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨不同进针角度行足背动脉采血的临床效果。方法对270例患者行足背动脉穿刺,按不同进针角度分为3组,每组90例：A组为90°,B组为30°~45°,C组为15°~20°,比较3组患者一次穿刺采血成功率及疼痛程度。结果 A组一次穿刺成功79例（87.78%）,B组一次穿刺成功88例（97.78%）,C组一次穿刺成功80例（88.89%）,B组一次穿刺成功率显著高于A组和C组（P〈0.05）;A、C 2组一次穿刺成功率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。与A组比较,C组穿刺时疼痛程度升高;与B组比较,C组疼痛程度升高（P〈0.05）。结论 30°~45°行足背动脉穿刺采血一次穿刺采血成功率高,患者疼痛程度小,是足背动脉采血的较理想角度。Objective To investigate the effects of different needle insertion angles on dorsal pedal artery puncture.Methods According to different needle insertion angles for dorsal pedal artery puncture,270 patients were randomly divided into three groups：group A（90°）,group B（30°-45°）and group C（15°-20°）,with 90 patients in each group.The success rate of first puncture and the pain intensity were compared among the three groups.Results The success rate of first puncture in group B（97.78%）was significantly higher than that in group A（87.78%）or group C（88.89%）（P〈0.05）.The difference was not significant between group A and group C（P〉0.05）.Compared with group A or group B,the pain intensity significantly increased in group C（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Dorsal pedal artery puncture at needle angle of 30°-45°can increase the success rate of first puncture and reduce the pain intensity.Therefore,the needle insertion angles are ideal for blood collection from dorsal pedal artery.
