北京市鲁谷社区卫生服务中心中成药应用现状分析

摘　　要：目的：通过分析鲁谷社区卫生服务中心中成药用药现状，为临床合理使用中成药提供参考。方法以药物的销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）及日均费用（DDC）为指标对鲁谷社区卫生服务中心2013年6月—2014年5月和2014年6月—2015年5月中成药使用情况进行回顾性分析。结果鲁谷社区卫生服务中心2014年6月—2015年5月中成药销售金额较2013年6月—2014年5月上涨39.43％，占药物总销售金额比例无明显变化。本中心对部分中成药的使用相对集中，2013年6月—2014年5月和2014年6月—2015年5月销售金额排名前15位的中成药的销售金额占当年中成药销售金额的比例分别为42.19％和40.02％。DDDs 排名前15位的药物中，12～13种药物为基本药物， DDC 较低。结论本中心中成药使用基本合理，国家基本药物品种齐全，价格合理，医生和患者更趋向选择基本药物，能减轻患者经济负担。Objective To investigate the application status of Chinese patent medicine in Lugu Community Health Service Center,in order to provide references for the rational use of Chinese patent medicine in clinical practice. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the application status of Chinese patent medicine in Lugu Community Health Service Center from June 2013 to May 2014 and from June 2014 to May 2015 with sales amount,DDDs and DDC as indexes. Results There sales amount of Chinese patent medicine in Lugu Community Health Service Center increased by 39. 43% over the period from June 2014 to May 2015,compared with that in the period from June 2013 to May 2014,and its proportion in the total sales amount of medicine had no obvious change. From June 2013 to May 2014 and from June 2014 to May 2015,the sales amount of the top 15 kinds of Chinese patent medicine in the rank of sales amount accounted for 42. 19% and 40. 02% respectively in the total sales amount. Among the top 15 drugs in the rank of DDDs,12 to 13 drugs were essential drugs. DDC was at a low level. Conclusion The application of Chinese patent medicine is basically rational in the center,and there is a great variety of national basic medicine with rational price. Doctors and patients tend to choose basic medicine,which can relieve the economic burden of patients.
