人工流产术后口服优思明的避孕疗效分析

摘　　要：目的了解人工流产手术之后立即口服避孕药优思明的疗效。方法选取我院2014年5月～2015年9月早孕而实行人工流产手术的患者116例作为研究对象,随机分为实验组与对照组,各58例。实验组中的患者在实行人工流产手术后,及时服用优思明1片/d,以3周作为一个治疗周期,坚持用药3个周期。而对照组中的患者并不服用相关药物。对两组患者手术之后的子宫内膜的厚度,阴道出现流血的时间,月经周期以及避孕率等情况,进行综合性的统计与分析。结果经过3个周期的治疗后,实验组子宫内膜厚度超过5 mm以及小于2 mm的患者,均显著优于对照组的患者;在阴道出血时间方面,出血时间小于7天,实验组47例明显多于对照组39例;在恢复规律性月经周期方面,实验组52例高于对照组33例;在避孕率方面,实验组为100%高于对照组93.10%;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在人工流产手术之后及时服用优思明,可以有效避免手术并发症的出现,患者术后的恢复状况良好,避孕率高。值得进行临床推广和应用。Objective To understand the artificial abortion after the clinical curative effect of oral contraceptives yasmin immediately.Methods From May 2014 to September 2015 a pregnancy and abortion surgery patients 116 cases as the research object,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Patients in the experimental group after artificial abortion operation,timely taking yasmin/1 d,in 3 weeks as a treatment cycle,adhere to three cycles.The patients in the control group is not related to drugs.On two groups of patients after surgery of endometrial thickness and vaginal bleeding time,menstrual cycles and contraceptive use,etc,comprehensive statistics and analysis.Results After 3 cycles of treatment,the endometrial thickness more than 5 mm and less than 2 mm patients,patients were significantly better than the control group;In terms of vaginal bleeding time,bleeding time is less than 7 days,47 treated patients were obviously more than the control group 39 cases;In terms of restoring regular menstrual cycles,the experimental group 52 cases higher than the control group 33 cases;In terms of contraceptive use, the experimental group was 100% higher than the control group was 100%;The difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion After artificial abortion in a timely manner taking yasmin,can effectively avoid the occurrence of surgical complications,patients with postoperative recovery in good condition,higher contraceptive use.Is worth in clinical promotion and application.
