经皮椎体成形术结合中药骨疏宁治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎体压缩骨折

摘　　要：目的探究皮椎体成形术结合中药骨疏宁对老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎体压缩骨折的治疗效果。方法选取我院2013年3月至2015年5月期间收治的104例老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎体压缩骨折患者,随机将其分为观察组以及对照组,每组患者为52例。对照组患者采用保守方法进行治疗,观察组患者在此基础上增加中药骨疏宁进行治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组患者经治疗后,其观察组患者的并发症发生率为3.85%,对照组患者并发症发生率为13.46%;此外,观察组的骨密度以及疼痛评分均好于对照组,组间经比较,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论对老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎体压缩骨折患者采用皮椎体成形术结合中药骨疏宁进行治疗,减少并发症现象的发生,有效缓解患者的活动功能。Objective To explore the combination of traditional Chinese medicine（Gushuning） percutaneous vertebroplasty on osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture treatment. Methods Our hospital from March 2013 to May 2015 were treated 104 cases during the thoracolumbar osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures were randomly divided into observation group and control group patients were 52 cases. The control group of patients treated with conservative methods, observation group increased traditional Chinese medicine（Gushuning） for treatment rather on the basis of the therapeutic effect compared two groups of patients. Results The two groups of patients after treatment, complications observed in patients whose incidence of 3.85% in the control group of patients complication rate was 13.46%; In addition, the observation group, BMD and pain scores were better than the control group, group by comparison between, P〈0.05, statistically significant. Conclusion Osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures were treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty combined with traditional Chinese medicine（Gushuning） for treatment, reduce the occurrence of complications, effectively alleviate the patient＇s functional activity.
