摘  要:目的探讨鼻肠管肠内营养与鼻胃管肠内营养对呼吸机相关性肺炎发生的影响。方法收集机械通气的患者按随机分为研究组(40例)和对照组(40例)。研究组接受鼻肠管肠内营养,对照组接受鼻胃管肠内营养。结果两组肠内营养第7天体质量指数、白蛋白结果、不良反应、呼吸机相关性肺炎发生情况有差异(P<0.05);研究组和对照组机械通气时间及住院时间对比分别为(6.5±2.6)d、(9.5±2.5)d;(9.6±3.4)d、(15.6±3.8)d,结果比较有差异(P<0.05)。结论鼻肠管肠内营养能够明显提高机械通气患者机体营养状态,减少呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生有积极的意义。Objective To discuss the influence of enteral nutrition(EN) via nasointestinal tube and EN via nasogastric tube on ventilator-associated pneumonia. Methods Some patients that received mechanical ventilation in our ICU were selected and randomly divided into study group(40 cases) and control group(40 cases). Study group received EN via nasointestinal tube while control group received EN via nasogastric tube. Results On the 7th day of EN, the BMI, albumin result, the intestinal adverse reactions during EN and the incidence of ventilator associated pneumonia of two groups had differences(P〈0.05); the mechanical ventilation time and length of hospital stay of two groups were respectively(6.5±2.6, 9.5±2.5) days and(9.6±3.4, 15.6±3.8) days, the results were different(P〈0.05). Conclusion EN via nasointestinal tube can significantly improve the nutritional status of patients with mechanical ventilation, and reduce the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia.
