摘　　要：本文通过对行业现状的研究分析,并结合SMG的信息技术运营现状调研分析,采用咨询顾问行业专业的方法,从人员组织、流程与体系、技术与资源等角度做出蓝图规划的思考和建议,为电视台技术版块信息化发展提供参考依据。Combining the SMG information technology operation present situation investigation analysis with the research and analysis of the status of the industry and the professional methods of consulting industry, the paper makes a thinking and suggestions of SMG information technology operation planning from standpoints of personnel organization, process and system and technology and resources. It provides references to the development of information technology of traditional TV stations＇ technical section.
