摘 要:为了提高药学类专业本科生在制药企业进行认知实习的效果,建立学校—药企互联互通的人才培养新模式,本文结合新形势下药学专业认知实习的新要求,对我校奉贤校区现阶段药学专业认知实习过程中遇到的实际问题进行了系统的分析和总结,提出了引入信息化、通过科研基地和科研合作联系相关药企、探索建立稳定长效机制来带动认知实习的新教学模式,并进行了相关教学实践。师生和企业对教学实习效果均比较满意。可见,比对新时代背景下药学专业认知实习的新要求,对药学类专业认知实习过程进行新模式探索,可以解决我校新校区现阶段遇到的现实问题。In order to improve the effect of cognitive practice for pharmacy undergraduates,and establish the new talent-culturing model on the basis of the communication and cooperation between the university and the pharmaceutical company,according to the new requirements of pharmacy speciality on cognitive practice for pharmacy undergraduates in the new conditions,we systematically analyzed and summarized the practical problems encountered in the course of the performing cognitive practice for pharmacy undergraduates at the present stage on Fengxian campus.Informatization,cooperation between the university and pharmaceutical enterprises and the exploring of a new stable and long-acting mechanism to drive the cognitive practice were put forward in this paper.Teachers and students and enterprises were more satisfied with the effects of teaching practice.Visible,compared to the new requirements of the new era on cognitive practice for pharmacy undergraduates,the exploring of new mode on cognitive practice process for pharmacy udergraduates can solve the current problems encountered in the new campus at the present stage.
