摘　　要：供第四军医大学科研、教学、医疗用的实验用猕猴群中 ,分别有3只猕猴患腹泻 (带有红、白粪便 ) ,经治疗和抢救无效死亡。剖检发现肠粘膜呈浆液性脱落 ,肠壁散在性出血点。电镜负染与真染切片观察确诊为典型轮状病毒粒子时 ,拟作为制苗抗原 ,试制猕猴“轮状病毒病”油佐剂灭活疫苗 。rhesus monkeys died of diarrhea after treatment and rescue failed.Post-mortem examination revealed serous exfoliation of intestinal mucosa, and scattered haemorrhagic spots on intestinal walls. Typical rotavirus particles were confirmed by electron microscopic observation of negative and true stained sections derived from the dead animals, and used as antigen for preparation of inactivated and oil-adjuvant rotaviurs vaccine. Trial application of the vaccine provided good protection against rotavirus infection in monkeys.
