椎管成形术治疗多节段腰椎椎管狭窄症的可行性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨选择椎管成形术对多节段腰椎椎管狭窄症患者加以治疗后获得的临床效果。方法将我院2014年1月~2016年1月收治的多节段腰椎椎管狭窄症患者96例作为本次实验的研究对象。针对患者临床选择椎管形成术的方法进行治疗。术后针对患者的腰椎稳定情况、出现并发症的情况以及腰部功能实施随访。结果所有患者的临床手术时间为（2.81±0.51）h;患者术中出血量为（325.02±42.02）ml;在上述手术过程中出现硬膜囊撕裂的患者2例。所有患者均未呈现出神经根损伤等系列的并发症。所有患者全部成功完成手术,对患者实施为期2年的随访。完成手术后,未出现腰椎不稳的情况。结论针对多节段腰椎椎管狭窄症患者,临床选择椎管成形术的方法进行治疗,对患者造成的创伤较小,能够彻底对患者实施减压,完成手术后患者的腰部功能可以获得良好恢复,患者出现并发症的概率较低,可提高多节段腰椎椎管狭窄症患者的生活质量。Objective To study the choice vertebral canal plasty of segmental lumbar stenosis patients clinical effect after the treatment. Methods 96 cases of more segmental lumbar stenosis patients were chosen as the research object of this experiment from January 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital. Choose the method of vertebral canal forming technique for clinical treatment. Surgery for patients with lumbar spinal stability condition, the situation of the complications and the implementation of follow-up waist function. Results all patients with clinical operation time is（2.81±0.51） hours. Patients with intraoperative blood loss for ml（325.02±42.02） ml. In the above procedure in patients with epidural capsule tearing in 2 cases. All of the patients did not present a series of complications such as nerve root injury. All patients were all successfully completed surgery, for patients with 2 years of follow-up. Finish after the operation, does not appear lumbar instability. Conclusion In view of the multiple segmental lumbar stenosis patients, clinical choice method of vertebral canal keratoplasty for treatment, cause less trauma to patients, to thoroughly implement decompression for patients, to complete the surgery in patients with lumbar function can obtain good recovery, the probability of complications in patients with lower, s significantly improved quality of life of patients with lumbar spinal stenosis disease.
