锁骨骨折应用记忆合金钢板内固定治疗的意义探究

摘　　要：目的探讨应用记忆合金钢板内固定治疗锁骨骨折的临床疗效。方法选择我院2010年6月~2012年6月收治的锁骨骨折的患者作为研究对象,共60例,随机分组为观察组和对照组,各组为30例,观察组采用重建记忆金属钢板内固定手术治疗方法,对照组采用传统切开复位内固定手术进行治疗。观察和对比两组患者的治疗有效率、平均住院时间、平均骨折愈合的时间。结果 （1）与对照组患者相对比,观察组患者具有更高的优良率,两组数据间的差异存在统计学的意义,P〈0.05。（2）与对照组相比,观察组患者平均住院时间、术后骨折愈合的时间更短,两组数据之间的差异存在统计学的意义,P〈0.05。结论锁骨骨折应用记忆合金钢板内固定治疗具有明显的效果。Objective To study the application of memory alloy plate internal fixation in the treatment of clavicle fracture. Methods From June 2010 to June 2012, 60 patients of clavicle fracture were taken as the research object,randomly assigned to observation group and control group, each group of 30 cases, observation group received memory metal reconstruction steel plate internal fixation surgery treatment, control group received the traditional open reduction and internal fixation operation for treatment. Observed and contrasted the treatment of patients with two groups of efficient, the average hospitalization time, average fracture healing time. Results（1） Compared with control group, the observation group of patients had higher crop, P0.05.（2） Compared with control group, the observation group of patients with an average length of hospital stay, postoperative fracture healing time significantly shorter, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant, P0.05. Conclusion The application memory alloy plate internal fixation for clavicle fracture has obvious effect.
